GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all events promoted, organised or operated by SUB180 Entertainment (hereafter referred to as "SUB180"), unless otherwise specified. Rolling Meadows Festival is excluded and operates under its own separate Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing or accepting a ticket, or attending a SUB180 event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional conditions imposed by the event venue or authorised ticketing provider.
These Terms and Conditions are to be read alongside the relevant ticketing provider's terms and conditions. Where event-specific conditions apply, these will be communicated through the official event listing or ticketing platform.
SUB180 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Changes will not retrospectively remove ticket holders' existing contractual or statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand law.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
SUB180 enforces these Terms and Conditions at all events it promotes or operates, including within designated event areas and any other areas under its operational control.
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refusal of entry, removal from the event, a trespass notice, exclusion from future SUB180 events or referral to New Zealand Police where appropriate.
Age Restrictions and Identification
Age restrictions vary between SUB180 events and will be clearly stated on the official event listing.
For R18 events, attendees must be 18 years of age or older and provide an approved form of identification when requested.
Accepted identification includes a current New Zealand Driver Licence, current Passport (any nationality), current Kiwi Access Card, current HANZ or HNZ 18+ Card, or any other form of evidence of age approved under applicable New Zealand law and accepted for the event.
Photographs, screenshots or photocopies of physical identification are not accepted.
Where identification is required, attendees who cannot provide acceptable identification may be refused entry without a refund, provided the requirement was clearly communicated before purchase.
